STRENE ACRYLONITRILE (SAN)
SAN, is a product obtained by random co-polymerization of polyacrylonitrile and polystrene by 20 to 30 %. Addition of Styrene PAN embetters the transparency and machining of the obtained copolymer as well as surface visual. The transparency properties of SAN also enable utilization in optical devices and medical supplies. PVC and PSU polymer blends of SAN is widely used in industry.
